Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

DL Integrated Services (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us") operates an AI-powered English language learning platform.

The service includes personalised exercises, an AI voice and chat coach, progress tracking, and optional classroom and company dashboards.

The service is intended for users aged 16 and over.

Users aged 13-15 may use the service only with the consent of a parent or guardian. The service is not intended for children under 13.

You must provide accurate information when registering.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Paid subscriptions are billed via Lemon Squeezy on the plan and interval selected at signup.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to misuse the AI chat or voice features, including abusive, illegal or harmful input, not to attempt to circumvent security measures, and not to use the service to build a competing product.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

The platform, its content and underlying technology are owned by DL Integrated Services (Pty) Ltd.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (for example voice recordings and chat input) and grant us a licence to process it solely to deliver the service to you.

Feedback, corrections and scores generated by the AI coach are automated and provided for learning purposes only.

They do not constitute professional certification, and we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or fluency results.

The platform relies on third-party providers including Supabase (infrastructure), Lemon Squeezy (payments) and Resend (email delivery).

Payment card details are handled exclusively by Lemon Squeezy and never reach our systems.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time via account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will trigger a re-acceptance prompt, using the same versioning mechanism as the Privacy Policy.
